  • Service Delivery: Provide timely and efficient service to patients, caregivers, and colleagues, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Clinic Operations: Prepare the clinic for daily operations, ensure proper handover at the end of each session, and maintain accurate records.
  • Support to Doctors: Assist doctors during consultations, provide translation support when necessary, and facilitate smooth clinic operations.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle inquiries, educate patients on managing appointments and making payments online, schedule appointments promptly, and handle counter duties with precision.
  • Enquiry Handling: Attend to patient enquiries through various platforms, including face-to-face, phone, and emails, providing timely and effective responses.
  • Financial Counselling: Provide financial counselling to patients, offering guidance on available financial schemes and assistance with payment plans.
  • Ad-hoc Duties: Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management, ensuring seamless operation of the clinic.
