Service Ambassador Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Ambassador to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, administrative tasks, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner
  • Provide information about products, services, pricing, and company policies
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues effectively and efficiently
  • Investigate and analyze problems to identify root causes and implement solutions
FNG System Management
  • Understand the function and guide of using the FNG system
  • Submit servicing requests for customers
  • Assign tasks to technicians
  • Liaise with FNG (servicing booking system) & Nautilus (phone support)
  • Arrange servicing appointments with customers
  • Maintain clear and concise communication with customers, ensuring they understand the information provided
Customer Feedback and Insights
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
  • Solicit and collect customer feedback to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Relay feedback to management, sales, and technicians for consideration in decision-making processes
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes
Product Knowledge and Training

Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products or services to provide accurate information to customers
