
Ambassador of Customer Satisfaction

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Ambassador to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, administrative tasks, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner
- Provide information about products, services, pricing, and company policies
- Address and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues effectively and efficiently
- Investigate and analyze problems to identify root causes and implement solutions
- Understand the function and guide of using the FNG system
- Submit servicing requests for customers
- Assign tasks to technicians
- Liaise with FNG (servicing booking system) & Nautilus (phone support)
- Arrange servicing appointments with customers
- Maintain clear and concise communication with customers, ensuring they understand the information provided
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
- Solicit and collect customer feedback to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Relay feedback to management, sales, and technicians for consideration in decision-making processes
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products or services to provide accurate information to customers
