About the Role:

We are seeking results-driven and entrepreneurial professionals to join our team as Senior Growth Advisors. As a key member of our sales and business development function, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting our consultancy services, and managing the full sales cycle.

Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities, and staying informed on market trends and industry developments.

You will also work closely with our existing client network and leads to leverage their potential and drive repeat business.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in sales, business development, or consultancy.

You will have autonomy to manage your own clients and portfolio, with high earning potential and opportunities for growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities by tapping into personal and professional networks.
  • Promote and represent our consultancy services to potential clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Stay informed on market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or consultancy.
  • Existing client network or leads to leverage.
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with strong drive to achieve targets.
