Senior Investment Advisor

Assist clients in raising funds and provide strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions.

  • Manage project phases, new business development, and overall growth of the firm
  • Guide clients through capital raising processes, including due diligence and drafting sessions
  • Work with clients, senior team members, and outside advisors on M&A and special situation transactions
  • Prepare situation analyses, pitch materials, and investor presentations, overseeing work assigned to analysts and associates
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop investment strategies for clients and raise capital as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive transaction execution and growth
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform investment decisions
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the corporate banking industry and its related products and regulations
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 50% in Healthcare Investment Banking
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering results
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex information to clients and stakeholders
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance or closely related field
