About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist in the education sector. This role will involve providing exceptional customer service to students, academic staff, and administrative support personnel.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing day-to-day administrative work processes, ensuring the smooth delivery of services to SIM GE learners. Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing work processes to ensure timely responses to student interactions in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements;
  • Providing inputs or suggestions for improvements on systems and processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Student Services department;
  • Carrying out services provided by the Student Services team to achieve departmental outcomes;
  • Ensuring seamless communication between students, academic staff, and administrative support personnel.

This role requires strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to engage effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma holders or equivalent qualifications;
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably in an education setting;
  • Excellent knowledge of frontline customer/call centre operations, including customer service and enquiry-handling processes;
  • Bilingual with good command of spoken and written English;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of SGD 40,000 - SGD 60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
