As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and fostering strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments, and taking ownership of key account new program implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments, resolving issues and addressing client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Take ownership of key account new program implementations, leading and monitoring progress to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Manage and monitor stockholding, preparing stockholding and indent reports for monthly reviews.
  • Support the development and implementation of monthly KPI metrics, performing root cause analysis to improve metrics and performance.
  • Manage replenishment and inbound inventory in line with forecast or indent, commercial, and stockholding requirements.
  • Review materials forecast and execute supply plans, analyzing key planning parameters to achieve a balance between inventory and forecast.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet inventory goals.
  • Review slow-moving items and block inventories according to excess and obsolescence policy.
  • Review work processes and initiate process improvement plans.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma holder in relevant qualifications.
