The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, with experience overseeing project development from start to finish. Additionally, they should have knowledge/experience in banking operation or systems, proficiency in high-level Japanese (JLPT N1 or higher) to interact with Japanese-speaking clients, and knowledge/experience in banking system development or implementation projects.

Responsibilities:
  1. Play as Project Manager (Project Management Office) or Delivery Lead on banking system development or implementation projects.
  2. Manage the progress and milestones.
  3. Promote and control issues & To-dos.
  4. Organize progress reports.

Requirements:
  1. Min 3 years' experience in IT project management or as a Delivery Lead.
  2. Banking operation or systems knowledge/experience.
  3. Proficient in high-level Japanese (JLPT N1 or higher).
  4. Knowledge/experience in banking system development or implementation projects.
