Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable and efficient solutions leveraging ServiceNow capabilities, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications based on business needs, creating workflows, forms, scripts, and reports that meet organizational goals.
  • Provide technical expertise and support for ServiceNow implementations, assisting senior consultants in gathering business requirements and developing comprehensive technical plans.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and collaborate with data migration activities, integrating ServiceNow ITOM modules with other enterprise systems.
  • Establish and maintain accurate and consistent data integrations, generating and analyzing reports related to Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITOM modules.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management principles and proficiency in scripting languages, such as JavaScript.
  • Experience in configuring ServiceNow workflows and forms, creating and maintaining objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, and more.
  • Relevant certifications in ServiceNow and excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
