Senior Gen AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Gen AI Engineer to collaborate on the development and validation of cutting-edge Generative AI systems.

  • This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate and customize the Guardrail library for enforcing safety, reliability, and compliance in GenAI outputs.

You will design and implement robust test and validation scripts, particularly for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

  • Develop and maintain Python scripts for testing and validating GenAI models.
  • Build the Guardrail library to enforce output constraints and safety checks.
  • Design validation frameworks for RAG-based GenAI systems.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you must possess a strong proficiency in Python. Additionally, hands-on experience with Generative AI, especially RAG architectures, is essential.

  • Familiarity with LLM evaluation techniques and safety frameworks.
  • Experience with libraries like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
  • Prompt engineering and model governance knowledge is desirable.
Requirements

Candidates should have more than 1 year of experience in Gen AI Engineering, with over 3 years of experience in AI Engineering preferred.
