Gen AI Engineer RoleJob Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will play a vital role in the development and validation of cutting-edge Generative AI systems.

  • You will work closely with our AI Governance team and product teams to design and implement robust test and validation scripts for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
  • In this role, you will also be responsible for developing and maintaining Python scripts for testing and validating GenAI models, as well as building the Guardrail library to enforce output constraints and safety checks.
  • Furthermore, you will collaborate with our AI Governance team and product teams to design validation frameworks for RAG-based GenAI systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Python, hands-on experience with Generative AI, especially RAG architectures, familiarity with LLM evaluation techniques and safety frameworks, and experience with libraries like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new technologies and workflows, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • More than 3 years of experience in Gen AI Engineering is preferable.
  • Strong proficiency in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, especially RAG architectures.
  • Familiarity with LLM evaluation techniques and safety frameworks.
  • Experience with libraries like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
