Job Title

We are seeking a senior-level professional to lead the development and execution of engaging communication strategies for major change initiatives.

This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, project management skills, and exceptional communication abilities.

  • We're looking for a candidate with a proven track record of delivering successful communication outcomes in complex organizational environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans that drive stakeholder engagement and support business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create compelling content, messaging frameworks, and visual identities that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and execute impactful campaigns that address key business challenges and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Communications or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic communications, project communications, or change management within large or complex organizations.
  • Proven expertise in supporting transformation or change initiatives, ideally in a consulting or enterprise environment.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and presentation skills across digital, print, and live formats.
  • Strong ability to translate complex information into clear, concise messaging.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Canva, and Adobe Illustrator.
