Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Sales Operations Executive to join our team at ROOFTOP PTE. LTD. This individual will be responsible for managing sales data, streamlining workflows, and supporting revenue growth.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
  • Sales Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in sales workflows and recommend process enhancements.
  • Sales Data Management: Maintain accurate sales records, track leads, and manage customer data in CRM systems.
  • Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including documentation, proposal preparation, and client communication.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate sales performance reports, analyze trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Pricing & Quotation Management: Ensure accurate pricing and prepare quotations for clients.
  • Customer Relationship Support: Coordinate follow-ups, manage inquiries, and enhance the client onboarding process.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments: Work with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align sales strategies and optimize results.
  • Training & Enablement: Assist in training new sales team members on tools, processes, and best practices.
