Counsellor - Addiction Support Specialist

Our organization seeks a skilled and empathetic counsellor to support individuals struggling with addictions. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance, utilising their knowledge of psychology and communication skills.
The successful candidate will coordinate interactions with relevant stakeholders, ensuring seamless resolution and accurate documentation within our management system.
Maintaining excellent interpersonal skills is crucial throughout this role. The counsellor will follow up on cases forwarded to external parties, providing timely resolutions for those affected by addiction.
This position requires strong communication skills in English and/or local languages, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to handle challenging interactions professionally.
Essential Requirements- Excellent communication skills in English and/or local languages – Mandarin / Malay / Tamil / Dialects
