Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Logistics and Dormitory Operations Manager at SMRT Buses Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain tenancy agreements for all Housing Development Board (HDB) units
  • Prepare rental payables for HDB units
  • Raise requests for bedding items for new HDB units and ensure that unit rooms are equipped for the arrival of new Bus Captains
  • Handle feedback from Bus Captains
  • Maintain HDB unit keys
  • Apply and maintain utilities accounts
  • Update occupant lists
  • Source new HDB units
  • Ensure that all HDB unit premises are cleaned
  • Conduct regular unit inspections for possession of unauthorized and illegal items and rectification of irregularities
  • Schedule and supervise clean-up and repair assignments as necessary
  • Responsible for briefing new Bus Captains on HDB's rules and regulations
  • Liaise, supervise and monitor the performance of the handyman contractor (e.g. air-con, plumbing, etc.)
  • Liaise with relevant bodies on all HDB matters
  • Maintain a Fault Log to track faults detected
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' levels or equivalent
  • Possess at least two years of relevant experience in a similar scale
  • Well-versed in using WhatsApp and WeChat
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Willing to work in the Woodlands Area
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice
