We're seeking a charismatic and customer-focused individual to join our vibrant team as a Game Master. As a key member of our crew, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences for our customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers and provide guidance throughout their escape room adventure
- Enhance the overall experience by offering insightful hints and support when needed
- Brief customers on game rules and objectives
- Assist with customer inquiries and concerns
- Reset games to ensure seamless transitions between sessions
About You:
- You have excellent verbal communication skills and can effectively convey information to customers
- You're able to work a minimum of 2 days a week (including weekends) for at least 3 months
- You're not afraid of eerie props and enjoy horror/thriller movies
- You possess a friendly, optimistic attitude and are eager to learn and grow with our team
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and are a team player
- You're meticulous, reliable, and responsible with high ethics
