- Welcome and assist customers in person and over the phone with game bookings
- Conduct engaging game briefings, prioritizing player safety
- Handle cashier responsibilities efficiently
- Respond to phone inquiries regarding game bookings
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our games
- Prepare and reset rooms for upcoming game sessions
- Maintain a clean and organized shop through basic housekeeping
- Manage shop opening and closing procedures
