Roles & Responsibilities
**The Role**
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensuring safety of all players
- Giving hints through intercom to the players
- Cashiering duties
- Answer phone call regarding bookings of game
- Understand game knowledge
- Reset room for upcoming games for players
**You will be responsible for**:

- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
- Ascertaining customer's needs and recommending and displaying items that meet these.
- Managing the point-of-sale processes.
- Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
