Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to support our clients with top-notch service and support.
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, or in-person
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and reporting
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
