About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with gallery operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.
- Support logistics for gallery displays and product samples.
- Greet visitors and respond to their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about products and services offered by the company.
- Manage appointment bookings, calls, and emails efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of client visits and sales leads.
- Support event setup and takedown, including guest registration and refreshments.
- Provide logistical support during client events.
- O Levels or equivalent qualification.
- One year experience in customer service or hospitality environment.
- Friendly, professional, and client-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of design software or CRM is a plus.
This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and develop your skills in customer service, communication, and teamwork.
Work hours are 4 weekdays (8:30am - 5:30pm), Saturdays (8:30am - 4:30pm), Sundays (9:30am - 4:30pm) and one off day on a weekday.
