Overview:

  • Develop and administer work rosters to ensure efficient team operations.
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accuracy and integrity.
  • Identify workflow enhancements and implement improvement plans to optimize business processes.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by empowering staff to deliver outstanding experiences.
  • Forecast and plan manpower deployment to meet business needs.
  • Set performance goals and deadlines for the team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Lead a team of Executives, Supervisors, and Ambassadors, fostering collaboration and growth.
  • Provide assistance and information to visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Process sales transactions for gallery admission events and programs.
  • Perform daily opening and closing procedures, generating and reconciling daily sales reports.
