Job Title: Head Pastry Chef

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pastry Strategy: Develop and lead the pastry strategy to align with our brand vision, staying ahead of global trends and informing product innovation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the Central Kitchen Pastry Team, providing guidance and support to outlet FOH and BOH teams.
  • Recipe Development: Design and document new recipes, ensuring quality, consistency, and execution at scale.
Requirements:
  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Pastry Arts, Baking, or Culinary Arts.
  • Experience: Minimum 6–8 years of pastry experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or executive pastry chef role.
  • Skills: Mastery of classic and modern French pastry techniques, strong understanding of ingredient sourcing, production scaling, and food cost management.
