About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients to promote our accounting and financial services.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a strong relationship with clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Marketing Initiatives

You will develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract clients. This includes collaborating on campaigns that highlight the firm's expertise in corporate secretarial, accounting, tax, and advisory services, managing social media platforms, and creating engaging content to interact with audiences.

Client Servicing

You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This includes addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely updates on their accounts. Your goal is to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

The successful candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business/Mass Communication/Marketing/Accounting or equivalent. They should have a minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in a related field and preferably in the professional services industry. Familiarity with accounting or financial services is an advantage. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential. The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and co-workers are necessary.
