Key Responsibilities- Core Transaction Flow Product Management: Responsible for the core transaction flow product work in the Southeast Asia region, accountable for user experience, product efficiency, and transaction volume.
- User Experience Optimization: Deeply engage with consumer feedback, identify optimization actions to improve order decision-making and transaction experience, and enhance transaction efficiency.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Possess a good sense of cooperation and resource coordination ability, able to closely cooperate with internal and external teams, and drive cross-team demand and project management.
- Industry Research and Analysis: Find optimization directions through various means such as data analysis, industry research, and user surveys, and design and implement product plans.
- Bachelor's Degree or Above: Minimum 5 years of e-commerce product experience.
- User Empathy and Business Logic: Possess good user empathy and business logic, interested in overseas markets, able to actively research and identify differences in different markets.
The estimated salary for this role is between SGD 120,000 - SGD 180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
