Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of training programs and initiatives, working closely with trainers and subject matter experts to develop high-quality training materials and resources.

  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including venue booking, participant registration, and equipment setup.
  • Assist in the scheduling and coordination of training events.
  • Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with a diploma or relevant qualification in Human Resources, Training, or a related field. Prior experience in a training or administrative role is also essential. Strong organizational and coordination skills, proficiency in MS Office applications, excellent attention to detail, good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, positive attitude, and willingness to learn are all key qualities we seek.

Preferred Qualifications:
