Job Description

As a Cycling Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customers leave our stores satisfied. Your primary goal is to deliver quality services through the repair of bicycles, scooters, skateboards, and personalization services.

From providing a warm and welcoming environment in your workshop to assuring the safety of your teammates and customers, your role requires a high level of professionalism, technical skills, and attention to detail.

You will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and passion with customers, helping them to achieve their fitness goals and enjoy their leisure activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Repair and maintain bicycles, scooters, and other equipment to a high standard.
  • Personalize services to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Assure the safety of teammates and customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications

No prior skills are needed for the role. Training will be provided for 6 months as a starter. Willingness to learn and a passion for problem-solving through repair is required.

The ability to make technical assessments of a bicycle for service, make clear and concise notes of the works to be done, update the database, execute repairs on the bicycle, track time and parts used per repair process, and organize bicycle tools is welcomed but not necessary.

A remuneration package includes a starting rate from $11/hour. Monthly bonuses can reach up to 10% of your base salary. There's also an opportunity to become a shareholder and share in the success of our global family.
