Team Dynamics Manager

As a key member of our team, the supervisor will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the dynamics of their teams. This involves managing team schedules, balancing workload distribution, and adapting to changing business needs.
The supervisor will act as a bridge between frontline staff and senior management, reporting on performance metrics and advocating for their team's needs. They will also regularly assess performance and offer constructive feedback, fostering employee growth and development, and recognising and facilitating career opportunities.
In addition, supervisors will mediate conflicts, promoting a harmonious work environment conducive to productivity and collaboration.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Leadership skills are essential for this role, with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving organisational goals.
- Construction management expertise is also critical, including knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
- Microsoft Excel skills are necessary for data analysis and budgeting.
- Other essential skills include quality control, dynamics, quantity surveying, site management, inventory management, project management, civil engineering, customer service, scheduling, and housekeeping.
