Project Management Specialist

The role of a Project Management Specialist is to oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and handover. This involves developing comprehensive project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring quality assurance and control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
  • Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained before project commencement.
  • Verify that all materials and equipment meet project specifications and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Identify and address any issues or deviations from the project plan promptly.
  • Provide regular project updates and address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Oversee the final inspection and commissioning of solar systems.
  • Conduct final customer training on system operation and maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably 1-2 years in the solar or renewable energy industry.
  • Strong understanding of solar energy systems and installation processes.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • PMP certification or similar is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
