Job Title: Tech Solutions Strategist

Solution seekers, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technology Solutions Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative technology solutions that drive business growth.

About the Role:
A high-level executive is required to lead the development of cutting-edge technology solutions that meet business requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing system development, implementation, and support of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) applications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop technology solutions that meet business requirements
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards

Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture
  • Strong knowledge of Java and C++ programming languages
  • Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process
  • Experience with change management tools such as IBM CLEARCASE, CVS, Aldon
  • Knowledge of Autosys, batch scheduling/processing, and AS400
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
