About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Senior Account Executive in Singapore, covering Asia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base across the region.
- You will work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and execute a territory plan targeting large enterprises in Asia.
- Your primary focus will be on new business development, selling directly to customers and through channel partners.
- You will collaborate with our sales development representatives, partner sales teams, and marketing teams to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Your goal will be to close deals exceeding $100k in value.
About You:
- You have at least 7 years of experience in a full-cycle sales role, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
- You have experience handling and owning relationships with enterprise companies, with a strong understanding of their needs and challenges.
- You are fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and have a deep understanding of the local market.
- You are a hunter who can work effectively in a team environment, building trust with colleagues and crafting complex deals.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, where ambiguity is inherent and corporate safety nets may not exist.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in a full cycle, closing role
- Experience handling and owning relationships with enterprise companies
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
- Experience closing Enterprise deals in Indonesia
