Job Title: Dining Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced support specialist to join our dining operations team.

  • Assist kitchen staff with food preparation, following recipes and instructions
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including cooking stations, equipment, and utensils
  • Handle dishwashing duties, cleaning dishes, pots, and kitchen equipment
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients and supplies
  • Dispose of waste properly and maintain hygiene and safety standards
  • Assist in receiving and organizing kitchen deliveries
  • Perform simple cooking tasks under supervision if needed
  • Ensure food safety standards at all times
  • Support overall kitchen operations during busy periods
Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation: Assist kitchen staff with food preparation, following recipes and instructions

Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including cooking stations, equipment, and utensils

Dishwashing: Handle dishwashing duties, cleaning dishes, pots, and kitchen equipment

Inventory Management: Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients and supplies

Waste Disposal: Dispose of waste properly and maintain hygiene and safety standards

Delivery and Receiving: Assist in receiving and organizing kitchen deliveries

Cooking Tasks: Perform simple cooking tasks under supervision if needed

Food Safety: Ensure food safety standards at all times

Team Support: Support overall kitchen operations during busy periods

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in similar roles is preferred
  • No experience? No problem We welcome applicants who are willing to learn and take initiative
  • Ability to follow and understand instructions
  • Good personality and time management skills
  • Physical ability to carry heavy items (up to 10kg)
  • Willingsness to work at Changi Airport
What We Offer:
  • Work location: Jewel Changi Airport
  • Working hours: 5 days a week (44 hours/week, depending on roster)
  • Restaurant operation hours: 9am - 10pm
