Doorman / Doorgirl Job Description

The Doorman / Doorgirl plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our Guest Experience team within the Rooms Division. This position requires an individual who is dedicated to providing excellent service to our customers.

Responsibilities

As a Doorman / Doorgirl, you will be responsible for contributing to the overall success of our hotel by:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to all guests
  • Ensuring that all guest rooms are maintained to the highest standards
  • Assisting with the smooth operation of the front desk and other areas of the hotel as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of PSLE qualification
  • Pleasant disposition and well-groomed appearance
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
