Financial Analyst

This role entails performing various financial tasks, including accounts payable reconciliation and vendor invoice processing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in financial entries and maintaining proper accounting records.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing accounts payable reconciliation between supplier statements, AP aging, AP accruals, and open purchase orders.
- Validating and processing vendor invoices on a timely basis.
- Preparing accounts payable entries and recurring GL entries to ensure accurate coding to cost centers or GL accounts.
- Preparing and performing various journal entries to maintain accurate financial records.

About the Role
This is a permanent position, working 5 days a week from Monday to Friday, with working hours of 9:00 AM to 5:45 PM.
Location
The office is located near Bugis MRT, making it easily accessible by public transportation.
