Job Title:

Bakery Operations Manager

The primary function of this role is to develop and execute operational strategies for a bakery setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the bakery, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and achieving set targets.
  2. Develop and implement quality control processes to maintain high standards in product quality and presentation.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in bakery operations or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
