Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated service expert to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Greet customers and seat them at their respective seats
  • Take orders and serve items in a timely, professional manner
  • Proactively attend to customer requests
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year food and beverage working experience, preferably in a restaurant setting. Food safety certification is also preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Greet customers and ensure they have an exceptional dining experience
  2. Take orders and serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
  3. Manage table settings and maintain a clean and organized environment
  4. Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in the food and beverage industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
