Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify that food is delivered promptly and matches the order, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Ensure tables are properly set and utensils are clean and in place, creating a pleasant ambiance for our guests.
  • Handle billing and process payments via cash or card, providing a seamless and hassle-free experience.
  • Respond to guest questions and resolve complaints courteously and effectively, demonstrating empathy and understanding.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in Hotel/ F&B industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with guests from diverse backgrounds.
