Food and Beverage Service Expert

The role of the Food and Beverage Service Expert is to provide exceptional service to guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining high customer service standards by approaching every interaction with a focus on the guest's needs and experience.
  • Actively promoting food and beverage services to guests, ensuring they are aware of all options and offerings.
  • Performing duties in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Confidently explaining menu items to guests, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
  • Ensuring that all service procedures are carried out to the highest standards, meeting or exceeding guest expectations.
  • Cleaning and maintaining all areas in accordance with operating procedures, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements for this role include:

  • A senior high school education or specialty in hospitality, with a focus on food and beverage service.
  • Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, including menu planning, inventory management, and presentation techniques.
  • Able to remember and recite menu items, as well as promote them to guests.
  • Open-minded and outgoing personality, with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
