  • Collaborate with senior leadership to establish a robust financial performance framework and provide insightful commercial analysis.
  • Analyze and advise on internal and external business trends to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
  • Contribute to the development of new partnerships' commercial terms and evaluate ongoing partnership performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing actionable insights on variances, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support corporate planning and budgeting processes with financial forecasts and key metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support for business initiatives, projects, and reviews to ensure timely and informed decision-making.
  • Prepare senior-level financial presentations and dashboards to highlight key trends, risks, and opportunities, enabling informed business decisions.

Role Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in the Financial Services sector, with a strong understanding of retail banking and unsecured lending products (credit cards, loans).
  • Proven experience in business partnering and financial planning & analysis, with a focus on driving business growth and improvement.
