Role Overview:

As a Senior Operations Manager for an outpatient clinic, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our healthcare operations.

You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), interpreting key trends, and presenting findings to senior management.

Additionally, you will support the facilitation of quality improvement projects, conduct ad-hoc data analysis, and participate in department-level roles such as business continuity planning, risk assessment, and civil emergency planning.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement performance management strategies to enhance operational efficiency

- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and quality initiatives

Requirements:

– A degree in any discipline with 4 years' working experience, preferably in healthcare operations

– Strong data analytical skills and expertise in statistical modeling

– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders

– Self-directed and independent, with the ability to work under tight timelines

– An excellent team player, with a resourceful and meticulous approach
