Join a Team of Radiation Oncology Experts

Radformation is dedicated to creating a platform for delivering high-quality care in radiation oncology. We're looking for a highly motivated Technical Support Physicist to join our team and contribute to the development of our treatment planning software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure our software with clinics remotely, guiding initial setup and troubleshooting errors.
  • Collaborate with clinics to understand their issues and provide independent solutions or work with our programming team.
  • Coordinate with our success team to identify clinics needing help with troubleshooting.
  • Communicate customer needs and share feedback with our engineering team.
  • Answer installation questions and work with clinics' IT departments.
Required Skills:
  • Master's degree in Physics or related field and at least 5 years of experience as a clinical physicist.
  • Strong experience supporting clinical applications and infrastructure: client/server/storage/network.
  • Experience with Radiation Oncology Treatment Planning Systems and DICOM Modalities.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
