Job Title: Environmental Sustainability Design
">- Sustainability and environmental awareness are at the forefront of this role, which involves leading Green Rating certification projects across various frameworks such as LEED.
- Rhino 3D experience is a key requirement for this position.
- This individual will be responsible for conducting simulations, including energy modeling, CFD analysis, and daylight studies.
- The successful candidate will also engage in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date across relevant disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Manage and deliver Green Rating certification projects across various frameworks such as LEED.
- Conduct and complete simulations, including energy modeling, CFD analysis, and daylight studies.
- Engage in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to stay updated across relevant disciplines.
Requirements:
">- Bachelor's Degree in Architectural, Civil/Environmental Engineering or related design discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years' relevant working experience: Can be a Senior Engineer or Principal Engineer seniority depending on experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign), and Rhino is highly desirable.
