Ambassador of Customer Experience

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our retail team as a Ambassador of Customer Experience. As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our retail shop, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining operational excellence.

  • Manage daily store operations to guarantee seamless functioning.
  • Meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain proper inventory and merchandising standards to ensure visually appealing stores.
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and presentation at all times.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and securing the store.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems.
