Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to assist our insurance team with administrative duties.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare client presentation materials in multiple languages, including policy illustrations, summary quotes, and review packs.
  • Assist insurance specialists with tasks such as printing documents, binding documents, arranging local/overseas courier services, and submitting documents to insurers or internal stakeholders.


Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and ability to create engaging presentations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with banking and insurance regulations.
