We are seeking an experienced Project Manager, Facilities to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction and project management, with the ability to lead and coordinate project teams effectively.

  • Develop and establish project budgets and schedules, including cost analysis and budget estimates.
  • Identify employer requirements and create project briefs accordingly.
  • Advise management on the selection and appointment of project teams.
  • Oversee the appointment process for project consultants.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams.
  • Ensure projects are completed successfully, adhering to set timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Manage all phases of projects, from design to implementation and final completion, while meeting client expectations.
  • Handle project financial management and provide progress updates to management.
  • Attend project meetings and document meeting minutes.
  • Prepare and present detailed progress reports on construction activities to management regularly.
  • Oversee communication, integration, and flow of design and project information.
  • Manage the delivery of design, project schedules, and construction critical path activities.
  • Review proposed designs to ensure alignment with project briefs.
  • Advise on procurement strategies, tender evaluations, and contractor selections.
  • Monitor and report on project progress.
  • Supervise on-site work to ensure adherence to set targets.
  • Ensure project safety standards are in line with ISO45001 requirements.
  • Maintain workmanship standards that meet industry best practices and project requirements.
  • Provide detailed daily updates to management on project status.
  • Manage the handover process upon project completion.


Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any equivalent professional qualifications.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in building/construction-related project experience.
  • Experience in planning resources effectively and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
