We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the execution of events across Singapore and the wider Asia region. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational, budgeting, and negotiation skills, as well as experience in large-scale public or corporate events.


The Events Production Manager will lead our production team in Singapore, ensuring seamless delivery of a variety of events from client conferences to executive dinners. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.


This full-time position reports directly to the Director of Delivery and is responsible for overseeing event budgets, negotiating with suppliers, and allocating resources efficiently to ensure cost-effective delivery.


The successful candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in event production, with a minimum of 2 years in a team leadership role. They will also possess a strong track record of delivering successful events in Singapore, with broader Asia exposure.


We are looking for someone who is confident working in multicultural environments and has exceptional people skills. The ideal candidate will be able to build, inspire, and mentor a high-performing events team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the seamless delivery of events across Singapore and the wider Asia region.
  • Develop and implement efficient operational systems, workflows, and templates to enhance delivery consistency and scalability.
  • Ensure all events comply with relevant regulations, including licensing, venue requirements, and safety standards.
  • Build, inspire, and mentor a high-performing events team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Serve as a primary contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams, managing expectations and delivering outstanding client experiences.
