About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our event production team as a Production Manager. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and creativity to deliver high-quality experiences.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in live event production and/or experiential marketing, with 4+ years of experience in the industry.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all aspects of event productions, including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, hiring, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up
  • Developing and implementing a holistic event strategy aligned with organizational goals and values
  • Collaborating with senior management to define event objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Managing multiple productions and helping scale various Fever Original IPs against team targets

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Attention to detail and creativity to deliver high-quality experiences
  • Proven experience in live event production and/or experiential marketing
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time and pull together multiple aspects of an event in an organized and efficient way
