Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect or Senior Architect to lead our architectural design team in Singapore.

The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing architectural design across multiple stages, from concept to completion. They will also act as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities to ensure design quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the coordination and execution of architectural design across multiple stages: concept, schematic, design development, tender, and construction.
  • Act as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities to ensure design quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Manage submissions and authority approvals, including URA, BCA, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Oversee detailing, material selection, mock-ups, and on-site construction issues resolution.
  • Supervise project teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth collaboration across disciplines.
  • Maintain project timelines, monitor site progress, and participate in technical and site meetings.
  • Contribute to design reviews, value engineering exercises, and technical detailing to ensure constructibility and design intent.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant architectural experience in Singapore, including site coordination and authority submissions.
  • Strong experience with complex projects such as large-scale mixed-use, commercial, or institutional developments.
  • Proficiency in Revit and Rhino.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage consultants and contractors effectively.
  • Singaporean and Singapore PR candidates will be prioritised.
