Senior Architect

Job Summary

This role involves leading or co-leading project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and according to client and authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the project team to complete projects efficiently and effectively
  • Coordinate multiple projects from design stage to completion
  • Ensure project workflow practices align with company standards and propose improvements
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to promote partnerships
  • Support new business procurement and review drawings & BIM Model development required by the project including production of BIM Model, submission drawings, detailed drawings, clash detection coordination, construction drawing, as-built etc.
  • Review and make submissions to authority ensuring all forms, drawings and BIM models are submitted and liaise with authority for submission matters as required under senior supervision


Requirements:
  • Minimum 6-8 years' experience as architectural assistant
  • Possess a Degree in Architecture or accreditation with Board of Architects (BOA)
  • Experience in AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, Sketchup, Photoshop, Enscape
  • Deliver projects from concept to completion of construction
