Junior Team Member Role

The Junior Team Member role is a key position within the ECM department. As a member of this team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and execution of business materials and deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute business development materials and deal execution strategies.
  • Prepare marketing materials for ECM deals aimed at investors, including pitch books, presentations, and other relevant documents.
  • Coordinate investor meetings, including deal and non-deal roadshows, to facilitate communication and relationship-building with clients.
  • Assist senior team members with daily tasks and responsibilities, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient delivery of projects.
  • Provide market updates and other marketing content as needed to support ECM initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with professionals such as accountants and lawyers to ensure compliance with transaction timelines.
  • Support the preparation of committee memos, reports, and submissions to ensure compliance and adherence to internal processes.
  • Contribute to the development of roadshow presentations, term sheets, and investor engagement materials to support ECM efforts.
  • Address compliance workstreams promptly and collaborate with colleagues to resolve any issues that may arise.
