Role Overview:

As a Junior ECM Team Member, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our business. You will work closely with internal teams to create business development materials and assist senior team members daily.

Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. 2. Prepare high-quality marketing materials for ECM deals aimed at investors, highlighting key features and benefits. 3. Coordinate investor meetings, including deal and non-deal roadshows, to foster relationships and drive growth. 4. Create engaging presentations, pitch books, and other materials to secure mandates, showcasing expertise and building trust. 5. Respond promptly and accurately to client queries, providing timely and effective support. 6. Provide market updates and other marketing content as needed, staying up-to-date on industry trends. 7. Assist with documentation, due diligence, roadshows, and liaising with professionals like accountants and lawyers, ensuring adherence to transaction timelines. 8. Prepare committee memos for internal approval processes, facilitating smooth decision-making. 9. Develop roadshow presentations, term sheets, and investor engagement materials, bringing innovative ideas to life. 10. Assist in preparing reports and submissions to ensure compliance, meeting regulatory requirements. 11. Address compliance workstreams promptly, maintaining a culture of integrity and responsibility. 12. Work collaboratively with colleagues, fostering a positive and inclusive team environment. 13. Support special assignments or ad hoc projects as required, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
