Description:
This role involves collaborating with internal teams to develop business materials and assist senior team members in daily tasks. You will prepare marketing materials for ECM deals, coordinate investor meetings, create presentations and pitch books, and respond to client queries.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal teams on business development materials
  • Assist senior ECM team members daily
  • Prepare marketing materials for ECM deals
  • Coordinate investor meetings
  • Create presentations, pitch books, and other materials
  • Respond promptly and accurately to client queries
  • Provide market updates and other marketing content as needed
  • Assist with documentation, due diligence, roadshows, and liaising with professionals
  • Prepare committee memos for internal approval processes
  • Develop roadshow presentations, term sheets, and investor engagement materials
  • Assist in preparing reports and submissions to ensure compliance
  • Address compliance workstreams promptly
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and display team spirit
  • Support special assignments or ad hoc projects as required
